Mykolayiv Astronomical Observatory in Mykolaiv Oblast.
The observatory in Mykolayiv was founded in 1821 as a naval observatory. The complex comprises the Classicist main building, astronomic pavilions from the early 20th century, and three modern pavilions that are in use for research.
